It's been a lively, quiet, stay-at-home day. I woke up in a leisurely way, enjoying the sun streaming into my room. I davened, did some yoga, ate a nice breakfast, enjoyed that first cup of joe. My buddy, Mashav called. I talked with my boss briefly about the introduction to the Libya book. I cleaned the flat. As I was looking out the window, my glasses fell of and crashed to the pavement several floors down. I raced down the stairs, expecting the worse. Not a scratch! Erin gave me some wonderful tea from her recent trip to New York, which I thoroughly enjoyed. In the late afternoon, I stretched out and had a good read. My friend, Elke taught me the basics of crocheting when she was here last week. I had planned to start a kipa this evening. I just got a call from Hamzah and he's on his way over - so, that means good music. I'm going to go check the spaghetti now. I've been reading about Alexander Technique. Have any of you out there had any experience with it? Tags: alexander technique Current Mood: Resinous Current Music: Leo Brouwer: Rito de los Orishas
